The Dovetail Cabin Tools 4 x 10 Dovetail Jig is designed for a full dimension 4″ x 10″ timber and a 1″ chink gap. This jig clamps on the end of the log and guides the chainsaw perfectly for a series of cuts to make a flawless dovetail. The jig utilizes wingnuts for fast and easy clamping on each log.

Each jig is made to accommodate a variance of +/- 1/4″ in the log.

Jig Comes with one set of bar guides.

FEATURES:

The 4 x 10 Full Dovetail Jig is made from heavy-duty steel. Used as intended and stored appropriately, this jig will last more than a lifetime.

Inner rails ensure accurate placement on the log. View holes increase versatility to use dimensional logs with rounded shoulders.

Dual-purpose: the bottom side is used to first make a perfectly straight end-cut, the jig is then refastened to the log to cut each side of the dovetail joint with the top guides.
